Registered in Nigeria with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), TF & Associates is a firm of news publishers, media analysts and special events consultants. The company, which also publishes Cosmo News, an Ibadan-based regional tabloid, and Campus News, is headed by Eniola ’Toye Fawole. Graduating with a Second Class (Upper Division) Honours in mass communication from the University of Lagos in June 1983, Fawole had held many top editorial management positions in the best of Nigeria’s print media.
Starting his career as a sub-editor with The Guardian in 1984, he is among others, a former editor of Lagos Life, the Guardian Group’s weekly society newspaper, former production editor of Sunday Times, former news editor of Newbreed, pioneer chief sub-editor of the weekly Financial Guardian, and former member of the Editorial Board of The Punch where, at a point, he was seconded to the position of Lagos Bureau Chief of the newspaper on a rescue mission.
As manager in charge of media relations and corporate intelligence at Taijo Wonukabe Limited, he put up a superlative performance handling such corporate clients as Mtel, Nigeria Liquefied Natural Gas (NLNG), Intercontinental Bank, Lagos Business School, (LBS), Dunlop, Society for Family Health (SFH), NTA, Nigeria Institute of Directors (NIoD), Dr. Wale Babalakin’s Bi-Courtney Limited on the commissioning of the Murtala Mohammed Airport (Terminal 2) and Addax Petroleum, among others.
